I contacted Mr Pinczewski and he immediately returned my call. That was the first plus. Not only did he return the first call but stayed in communication with me through out the whole process. I was facing an illegal eviction from my landlord and I was very worried. BRIGHT recommend that I peak to Benjamin about my case. Which I did. He responded very fast via text and telephone, which was a surprise! I explained my situation to him and he issured me I wouldn't be evicted. I mailed all my paperwork to him and in less than a week everything was settled outside of Court with the landlord. I ended up with a one year lease,with the option to renew. Ben is a great attorney with a big heart. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. He tells you like it is and is an absolute shark when defending you! I had a situation with my homeowner's association where I fell behind on the payments and they were charging me almost double in interest.
