Mr. Kissen guided me through the entire immigration process, holding my hand every step of the way. I reached out in 2017, and we submitted my forms. Then there was a lengthy wait for the court date (in 2023) , and I started to think I had been forgotten. But in the end, everything turned out wonderfully! Right before the main court hearing, the attorney spent at least an hour with me daily, and prior to that, his team was in touch with me for two weeks, helping gather all the necessary documents. They were referred to us by our real estate agent for a coop purchase. But they rushed and messed up their due diligence completely. They missed a lien against the property, as well as an open permit which is now costing us 5000$ to close. They also didn't bother sending a questionnaire to inquire properly about the co-op financials.
