Gary created a trust for us very promptly, was very responsive in communicating with us and completed everything in a timely manner. He very clearly explained our options and trust law pertinent to our situations and was extremely professional at all times.

Gary was outstanding in helping to sell my sister-in-law's apartment in Brooklyn both as our attorney and real estate agent. He was totally professional, very knowledgeable in dealing with us and the buyers and the buyer's attorney and real estate agent. He was especially helpful in dealing with the CO-OP and obtaining needed documents and forms and legal issues required by the CO-OP. He attended to many details on our behalf since we were not always present and available. All of these were done in a calm re-assuring manner and helped to guarantee success.

I needed an attorney to handle an estate that was difficult. Gary was so patient, knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond every step of the way. He made a very difficult situation, manageable. He took care of everything professionally and meticulously.
I do not live in Brooklyn so our communications were via phone and email. He quickly responded to any questions I had, he really was just a phone call away.
