He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly and was very patient and explaining everything to me. He is always thinking two steps ahead! Mary Jo Alvarez worked very diligently to assist me to obtain my 1st and line of credit hardship modification. Without her patience and honesty I don't know if it would have happened.
