I am posting as a fellow attorney. Gennady, the attorney assigned to a transaction that I represent the seller, he the purchaser, has been nothing but professional, ethical, communicative, and a pleasure to work across the transaction with. I strongly support and value reliable attorneys in my practice area as it always helps make transactions smoother and better for the clients.

It took me a while to write this review (maybe a year) because this was a really difficult period in my life, and Jessenia Maldonado made it a lot worse. I was pursuing a case regarding termination following a reasonable accommodation request at a new job. I had text printouts showing that I was fired immediately following the request and then where I was told that I was playing the cancer card (@ a job that had shady hiring practices to begin with). The office staff at Yuriy Moshes was great but, within 5 minutes of my first phone consultation with Jessenia, she argued me down, talked over me, and invalidated me until I just gave up. If she had just rejected the case, it would've completely been fine...but no. That overall 15 minute phone call of condescension caused a great deal of unnecessary stress. I ended up not pursuing the case at all because of the emotional toll of the firing itself, my medical condition, and then Jessenia's berating, despite the fact that another firm wanted to take the case on within the same week. The other reviews here are great, and I didn't have the chance to talk to anyone else on the team so I can't comment otherwise. I only ended up writing this review a year later because, apparently, I'm on this office's email list. And whose name is right at the top? Jessenia's. Thanks for letting me know why I need a disability insurance lawyer, I guess.

I was very impressed with how professional and helpful everyone was at the Law Office. There was a lot of difficulties with the documents but everything was always resolved quickly and I always felt ai was in great hands. I am recommending the Law Office of Yuri Moshes to anyone who needs Legal expertise in complex situations with real estate. Than you for helping us in the most stressful time of our life.
