Great team that gets the job done. Yuriy Moshes is an excellent and detail oriented attorney. Highly recommended for real estate closings, very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to deal with. It makes a huge difference when an attorney is so skilled and every real estate transaction is closed even under the most challenging circumstances.

Due to my 10 month failure in addressing the services provided Mr. Moshes and his All Star Team at that time (Rosa and Jessica), 5 more stars need to be added onto the 5 I was authorized by yelp! To begin, my first encounter with Mr. Moshes happened over the phone as I physically live in Colorado although I was pursuing the sale of my Great-Aunt's house in Brooklyn, New York. Even though he was recommended to me from a (good) mutual friend of ours, I was overly impressed at the fact Yuriy's professionalism seemed to supersede any mutual connections we had. His entire demeanor was that of "How can I help you while keeping everything seamless- especially considering your geographical circumstances?" At that point, my heart was at ease knowing that here was a fella, who never met me, but was completely upfront and had an extraordinary plan of action for us. He told me what the next steps would be and turned me over to Mrs. Rosa and Mrs. Jessica who kept everything moving right along. I must admit, I was still hesitant being a former New Yorker who knows how it can be over there "Every man for himself " plus having just gotten out of the Active Duty Army after 13 years while my wife was currently deployed overseas, really had me on edge about making this commitment. It did not take too long for that hesitation to subside as before I knew it, I had both Rosa and Jessica reaching out to me with information they would need as well as updates as to the ongoing process. What made this even more memorable is the fact that they kept me in the loop the entire time via email and phone calls so that I could in turn, keep my wife in the loop. The week of closing came in no time and Mr. Yuriy had everything setup to where my Great-Aunt- 85 years of age (owner of her Irrevocable Trust Fund) did not have to fly into N.Y. to sign any paperwork as I (Trustee of her fund and POA) could do everything required which was a HUGE blessing. The way Rosa and Jessica had me prepared at signing, I was only in their office no more than 30 minutes! I was like HUH! In fact, they had me so squared away that we had paperwork prepared that was not even needed- lol. Even the buyer and his lawyer were beyond shocked at how expeditious the process went. I never felt so relieved/ catered to in my entire life! To have flown in on a 4 hour flight to deal with a closing that took less than 30 minutes and it was my first time meeting the entire staff has to speak volumes about their level of professionalism- regardless of the situation or connection(s). Lastly, because of their process with the required documents, my bank- USAA and Insurance Company- Farmers, have made adjustments to their process to reflect that of the Law Offices of Yuriy Moshes. Known words barely scratch the surface of our appreciation for them as they were HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, and EMPATHETIC! Their actions have helped my Great-Aunt have a 180 degree turn around in her health and now she is on course to reaching a healthy 100 years of age. May God continue to bless this firm as they continue to make a difference in the lives of everyday, hardworking people!

Professional. I dealt with Arthur, who is a paralegal there as my liaison, and he was fantastic. He is an effective communicator and negotiator with auto insurance companies, in my case GEICO. Please do not waste your time with other firms and come here! I am not paid nor was I coerced to give this review. I had my claim resolved within 4 Months.
