In May I paid Mr Kushner to represent my nephew. He said he was sending papers to my nephew to sign. My nephew never received the papers. We have been calling Mr Kushner for an explanation and he has not returned any calls

Hired this attorney 2014-2015 for a domestic violence case. After he got my money he started avoiding my calls and texts messenges. Showed up late for court dates. Lied about why he was late. One court date he was extreemly late, he said he was talking to the assistant district attorney in his office. I verified he never reported to his office when I checked the lawyer sign in book. Another lie was when he got into a “car accident” reasoning why he was super late for my court appearance. One detective told me she called him three times, left voicemails and he never returned the officer’s calls. He didnt subpoena important documents. My accuser was an obvious liar and had he subpoenaed some phone and Facebook records, my accuser would surely went to jail for false police reports. Luckily he beat the case at a bench trial. He was ironically good at interrogating the “witness” I’ll give him that. But I would not put my life in his hands. I don’t recommend this man.

Michael provided such amazing help to me in two very different situations. First I was given an absurd ticket for biking on the sidewalk (in an area with no bike lanes and tons of traffic) and he went to court for me and dealt with it. Second, when my partner was in a very bad accident (hit by a car while walking) he provided help immediately, coming to the hospital and guiding us in the arduous process of filing the paperwork to settle with the driver of the vehicle. Michael is so kind, efficient, professional and creative! Grateful for the work he does.
