He represented me in Landlord Tenant Court for my rent stabilized apartment, which the landlord tried to evict me after almost 30 years of residing, and he won the case. I highly recommend this Attorney and his law firm for anyone that has a situation with a rent stabilized apartment that was said that it's not my primary residence. I would recommend Mustapha to anyone looking for an immigration lawyer. He had helped me few years back with my I-485 application which was fairly complicated. However he had made the process very easy and stress free. Two years later I needed to file for a I-751 application (which is fairly straightforward). However having Mustapha file for the application meant that the form was filled professionally, with all the supporting paperwork. The fees are reasonable and the his service is excellent. My father and I live in a huge apartment in a gentrifying area (East Harlem). This is the only home I have ever known and yet our landlord tried to evict us. Mustapha Ndanusa represented my family in the landlord/tenant case and argued that the apartment we live in is in fact rent stabilized and therefore the landlord could not evict us. After a three day trial, the Judge ruled in our favor and determined that our entire building is in fact rent stabilized. This means that I can live in our apartment without fear of being evicted or the rent being spiked. It was because of Mr. Ndanusa’s tireless representation and trial experience that we were able to prevail. Despite coming onto the case at a later stage, he had the knowledge and skill to quickly prepare for trial and win. I was impressed and very grateful. He was also willing and able to answer any of my questions whether through phone call or message.

Mustapha is perhaps one of the best lawyers out in NYC area. I hired him for an immigration case. He was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He responded to any questions that I had (which were plenty) very quickly. I had spoken to a lot of lawyers (and big law firms) before hiring mustapha and he was the only i felt comfortable hiring.
