Hello! Here I am again, making a complaint of the lousy service provided by this firm! The first time I wrote my complaint, they immediately called me and attended to all my requests, suggesting that I should delete my review, I’m here again, without information about my case, nobody absolutely anyone is available to answer my calls, I leave messages to my lawyer's assistant (Vanessa) but apparently she does not know how to check the messages or as simple as they are not interested in returning the call, my case turned out to be a complete disaster, it never had supervision and now they do not know how to carry it forward , definitely and to conclude you should be more responsible with all your customers, remember you keep a part of our money! nothing is free.

Excellent service, Rachel walks you through the entire process, she’s very responsive and she make you feel at ease. Definitely would use her or recommend her to anyone.

Mr. Cossuto came highly recommended from a friend of mine. He is knowledgeable, professional and answered my phone calls after hours when I had questions. Thank you for all your help Mr. Cossuto! Because of him my job was no longer in jeopardy. I hope I’m never in this position again, but if I am, I know who to call!

They accepted my accident case and dropped it for no reason after three months of therapy. I do not recommend this practice.
