Mark and Josh Cossuto are simply the best in New York City. From my initial call asking for help they showed me the upmost respect and care for my situation. Josh went above and beyond staying with me until the last calling at 1:00am to get us out that same day. Mark Cossuto is thorough and very informative. He talked us through the whole case and followed up constantly with every update. Marks knowledge of DWI’s and NYC courts is top tier and he told us every possible outcome and exactly what he would battle for. They beat the case for us and still follow up with us months after to make sure we are alright and everything is in order. Im forever thankful for Mark and Josh the best team in the city.

I paid this firm lots of money to evict tenant; Meryl Wenig sent her representative to court via Teams, and withdrew from the case. Doesn't respond to phone calls, no feedback, no resolve. This firm is just about taking your money and gaslighting. Do not trust them.

I gave this lawyer absolutely NOTHING to work with and due to new everyone pleads guilty system (they now enjoy 95% conviction rate right up there with Russia) I had plead guilty twice before to cases I wanted to fight so the state wanted t give me 3 years probation which was unacceptable at my age 61 this lawyer not only got the probation dropped but also my fine reduced farl and beyond my expectations a real life saver He is worth every penny IMHO
