We worked with Judy as we went through the process of buying our new house. She was very detail oriented and always pointed out any information that we should pay attention to or make sure we are in the best possible position. This was also our first time dealing with some of the house buying processes and she was very patient with us and made sure that we understood every aspect of it. She also took time to jump on call with us anytime we had questions and gave us detailed breakdowns of everything at every step of the way. She was really great at communication, whenever we reached out to her, she would reply back the same day if not within the same hour. She also thoroughly reviewed every document and actually caught couple of mistakes (that the bank missed!) and also fought for revisions when some terms did not look in our favor. When my partner and I found Judy via the Metlife Legal Plan portal, I made sure I did my research and I was so glad to find people who used the plan and had great help from her (b/c I was afraid I will be treated differently from her other clients :P).
