Mr. Paul Ajlouny is the best attorney in New York City. I was hurt very bad, when he came to my aid and helped me in every way he could. He went above board and did more than just any attorney. He is a great man and has a heart that is full of empathy for people. I was at a store, shopping and all of a sudden all these heavy duty boxes fell on my head and neck and all over. My head was killing me. I asked to speak with the manager and he would not talk to me or even make a report. I went to the hospital and I found out that I had a concussion and neck sprain and my head hurt so bad. I called around, I knew no one, because I was visiting with my son in New York, to see if I could get a job as a paralegal in New York, because I lived in Tampa, Florida. I found Paul Ajlouny, he answered the phone and said, don't worry Ms. Allende, "I will help you." He made arrangements to get MRI's right away, car service to and from, his office did everything. I had been hurt prior in an accident that was about 8 or so years earlier, so I had previous problems. Did Mr. Ajlouny cut me loose? No. He stood by my side and kept telling me, not to worry, that he was going to help me. I had no insurance, no money and I had nothing and no way to get help and treatment for my injuries. Those boxes caused me many herniations, which I did not have earlier in my neck. Paul Ajlouny sent me to a place where they treated my injuries three times a week, that was close to my son's home. It was convenient for me to go there, and I did. I did not have to pay anything. He took care of all the arrangements. I had to be treated by several doctors and he took care of everything. Unfortunately, I had to have surgery, and had no money for the surgeon or the hospital for the overnight stay and again Mr. Ajlouny's office took care of all the arrangements so that I could have the surgery that I needed in my neck. When it took so long for my case to settle and it looked like we were going to trial, Mr. Ajlouny again, time and time again, always, told me, " Theresa, I will take care of you, I will help you, stop crying and I have your back". And he did, he gave me his cell phone number so that whenever I had an emergency, that I could call him on his cell. He also added other attorney's to our team, in preparation to go to Trial and the insurance company finally saw that he was no one to play games with. Mr. Ajlouny and his dream team got me $590,000.00 for my accident of those boxes falling on my head and neck at my mediation to settle my case.
