I had an accident and searched for many places that in all honesty werent great at customer service. Shulman and Hill were super resonsive and clear with everything regarding my case. I appreciate their comitment to my situation.

This firm is exceptionally professional in all aspects. I felt fully informedat all times and when any questions arise, the answers were just a call away. I highly recommend this firm!

The worst atty ever. They left my case without any filings, calls returned, or any other activity for months. I kept calling the office and was told I have to get in line as there are many cases ahead of mine. After I fired them they then ramped up their staff to handle the case load a bit better which is why their reviews seem to improve. But if you look closer at other reviews the smarter claimants are complaining because they know what they lost out in terms of treatment and dollars. Most don't even have a clue what their case is worth so they accept whatever is offered. They constantly tell me they want nothing more to do with my case, but every time I call now, they refuse to write a letter to the board indicating they want to be removed. Therefore they continue to remain listed in my case because they are liars and just holding out for the settlement to make a fee claim later. Seems like now i have to hire another Atty to sue for negligence given that they refused to do any work on the case. My advice is find another WC Atty because they will constantly lie to you and most won't even notice given their limited knowledge. But they are banking on the claimants lack of WC knowledge so they can pull the wool over their eyes and do the least amount of work in the process.

i loved working with them. They're extremely safe and straight forward. If their aware that your settlement isnt going to be that much they encourage you to take a smaller loan or they let you know whether or not they feel you should take a loan period, however at the end of it all it's still up to you. Their interest isnt high and i received a response within a day or 2; 2 day process the most. The 2nd time i called them is when i realized how much they are there for the plaintiff. Everyone is different though, my experience was amazing hopefully yours will be too. -Paulette

This was worst expirience i have had in my entire life. The stuff lied to me. Then their timeline is never accurate. I have submitted application 7 days ago, and still have not had any progress. They basically have not done anything at all to satisfy my needs. And when i call them they talk to me like it is a funny joke. Thougb i have been through hell and they know that i sleep in the car, and i have no money to buy food. But who cares right? They still have not given me any legit explanation what is going on. And always transfer me to a computer. Oh yeah, they also offered me to do their job myself, like get files from other party, basically i am handicapped and feel violated in every way that exist.
