Michael Utilla is a fantastic securities attorney. I have been using him for the past 16 years. Before I started exclusively using Mr. Utilla I used several attorneys and there was always something that kept me searching for a new lawyer. Now we deal exculsivly with Mike, he helps with all aspects of our securities business. The biggest compliment that I can possibly give is to say that Mike honestly cares as much about my Broker/Dealer as I do. I hired Mr. Utilla over the years for a vast amount of reasons. My experience with him ranges from employment contract review to serious litigious matters involving career altering decision making. Every single time I hired him for a job weather it be about paperwork or something much more herculean, he stepped up. I would and have recommended this lawyer to people for several different reasons. First off I have had several attorney's in the past many who have come highly recommended. When first being introduced to Michael Utilla I thought it was going to be the same type of lawyer experience I had had in the past....not so. Not only was Mr. Utilla knowledgeable on most things that I needed help with for my corporation, but if there was something he wasn't sure about he checked and got back to me the same day, even if it was late in the evening or off hours. He kept me up to date with deadlines, was quick to respond to my emails and I knew that each and every correspondance I had with Mr. Utilla was private and confidential. All of these things combined gave me confidence and piece of mind having him as my lawyer.

I came across Mike's profile and felt compelled to comment. I have owned several FINRA broker Dealers through out my career and have used lawyers up to $950+ an hour at the monster firms. Mike is as sharp as they come, but the fact that he is so attentive and fast makes him the best I have ever used. The bills are incredibly fair because he wastes no time. Everything is worked on after he hangs up the phone. Mike is a brilliant rough and tumble attorney.
