I was looking to leave my firm and wanted Mike to go over my contract. With firms being more litigious, I just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t going to have any issues. In less than 24 hours he put my mind at ease. He was very thorough, explained what my rights were, etc.. Just talking to Mike, you know you have a lawyer in your corner who will fight for you and help you in anyway he possibly can. If you’re in the securities industry, he should be the first lawyer you call.

I was worried about accusations JP MORGAN had made against me, however Utilla reviewed my case and first eased my fears and reassured me that i did nothing wrong he wrote a FINRA response to their inquiry and 2-3 months later i get the thumbs up from FINRA to continue with no worries.....I absolutely recommend UTILLA for anyone in the securities industry having problems like mine or more sever....THANX MIKE!!!
