I hired this firm for my workers compensation claim after being rear-ended twice on the interstate. They are very unorganized. It takes them weeks to get back to you. When the insurance company is denying your medicine, and not paying your temp disability they do nothing. They send a different attorney that knows nothing about your case to each hearing. We made a settlement agreement that the attorney even called the adjuster to confirm terms for. Called me back and confirmed the insurance company was in agreement. Then when the paperwork comes and you ask them if they checked all the terms, there paralegal tells you the attorney checked everything and its good. Then you find out after everything is settled that the terms were not as discussed, and the attorney denies even talking to you about the terms. That he even called the insurance company to confirm. If you need an attorney, I highly recommend looking for another firm that actually cares about their customers well-beingand interests. I hope they don't ruin my personal injury case as well. I'm taking that settlement paperwork to a friend who is a personal injury attorney in CT to review before I sign it. Wish my friend practiced in NY. Update 6/16/24. I have been calling for a month trying to get an update on my personal injury case and no one from this will call me back or talk to me. My next step is to file a complaint with the state.
