This guy is a croc and should be investigated by the bar association. I went to mr. Hernandez office after an accident 2 years ago he assured me he would be able to handle my case. Fast forward a year later I met with 2 different attorneys at Mr. Hernandez law firm and nothing was done. I also met with Mr. Hernandez on 2 different occasions, the first occassion he raised his voice and spoke to me like I was a child, and the second occasion he asked me if I needed a sugar daddy, but at the same time telling me he would not be able to handle my case 1 month before the time my case would expire in order for legal action to be taken against the other party. He said i could get another lawyer, mean while you only have a certain amount of time to file suit, and he tells me a month before that time is due to expire?! This law firm is a joke! Everytime I went in to speak with him he had no clue where my case file was, he had no clue what or why I was there, and never had any up to date paperwork about the case. In my eyes my case went under the radar because of the lack of organization. *****DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME*****

I would like to give five stars, eventually...right now, I am not sure of how our case is going and I'm saddened by many factors...May justice prevail through your help, Mr. Hernandez, Mr. Bonilla, and the other attorneys at your practice!

Horrible lawyer, wasted my time and his staff are incompetent. Raised his voice on me. Lied to the judge and my case became useless.

Mark has more experience than any other lawyer that I called during my hunt. He worked magic on my case and delivered fantastic results. He's also very tech savvy - emails, copies everything electronic, and is fast to respond. Easy to communicate with. He was in the system for so long that he knows all the Brooklyn judges, other lawyers and procedures. Would hire again!

The worst law office ever. Don't use them ..

Doug went above and beyond his duties as my lawyer to get my case DISMISSED .All the way Bye bye .He told me not to worry (although a little reluctant) .He did exactly what he said he would .He even went with me to turn myself in so I wouldn't f up my case .He is a man of tact and tactics.
