Thank you so much for your wonderful help with my case. I had a ticket for trespassing and was really scared of what could happen. You gave me specific and clear instructions on what to do in court and what are the ramifications. You also told me what the court will be doing which in this case was ACD and dismissal of all charges if I stay out of trouble for six months.

I was accused of shoplifting, was very miserable. Didn’t know what to do then I found Avvo.com Ask opinion and Howard was the 1st one who responded with such a words. You just could feel it if the person is real or not. Decided to call him, spoke to him and he calmed me down saying everything should be fine. He would taking care of it well. He spoke by heart!!! My husband and I got into a domestic dispute which turned out to be a felony with multiple charges against my husband. With Howard's extensive experience and negotiation he was able to get the charge taken down from a felony to an ACD where the case will be dismissed and sealed.
