iHAD I i A VERY BAD WRIST FRACTURE FROM A FALL THAT OTHER LAW FIRMS WOULD NOT TAKE BECAUSE THEY SAID I DID NOT HAVE A CASE. THEN A FRIEND REFERRED ME TO MR, TUCKER AND WITHIN A YEAR HE GOT ME A SETTLEMENT FOR MORE MONEY THAN I EVER DREAMED OF GETTING. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE.

This attorney was assigned to me, from the beginning he made it clear he had allot of cases, he refuse to meet with me to discussed the case and told me on the next court appearance nothing was getting accomplished, he didn't care for my case and lied to the judge when he recuse himself from my case by complaining and falsely accusing me of talking bad about him, claiming that I was complaining to the Legal Aid Society and a Court Officer, The Court Officer who had simply asked me where my attorney was, and legal Aid Society for additional legal advise. Mr. Cardinali came in late and did not meet with me nor he discussed anything about my case only that he had spoken to Brooklyn Defenders Mr. Baum. Mr. Cardinali used me to cover up for his lateness and used false pretense to get himself out from representing even thought the Magistrate had assigned him to me. When I was re arrested on a false allegations, On July 06, after Brooklyn defenders attorneys recuse, This Public defenders where prejudgment and it was clear that I was going to get poor non legal representation. Its very unfortunate that a Magistrate would assigned a Public Defender to provide legal assistance for those that cannot clearly afford it and only to be misrepresented and humiliated. I did the research on Mr. Cardinali Esq. his background profile appeared impressive. I actually thought I had a very good attorney that was going to represented me with out personal bias or be Pre judgmental, Unlike Brooklyn Public defenders, unfortunately I was wrong.
