For my husband and me, Judy created Health Care Proxies, Living Wills, Power of Attorneys, Last Will and Testaments, and Revocable Living Trusts. She was very thorough, efficient, and detail-oriented, which I appreciated. Not having gone through the process of estate planning before, she explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions in the initial one-hour phone consultation. Then on the day of executing the documents, she again spent time explaining all the documents. She also discussed my next steps (especially with regards to the revocable living trust, which requires opening a new bank account among other things). I had come to the meeting with a list of questions prepared, but she answered all of them without me having to ask them! Overall, very competent, friendly, and a great communicator. I highly recommend her.

Judy is fantastic!! As we just recently went through the horrors of my wife's parents passing, we had firsthand knowledge of how things could go wrong without proper planning. I hired this firm for my workers compensation claim after being rear-ended twice on the interstate. They are very unorganized. It takes them weeks to get back to you. When the insurance company is denying your medicine, and not paying your temp disability they do nothing. They send a different attorney that knows nothing about your case to each hearing. We made a settlement agreement that the attorney even called the adjuster to confirm terms for. Called me back and confirmed the insurance company was in agreement. Then when the paperwork comes and you ask them if they checked all the terms, there paralegal tells you the attorney checked everything and its good. Then you find out after everything is settled that the terms were not as discussed, and the attorney denies even talking to you about the terms. That he even called the insurance company to confirm. If you need an attorney, I highly recommend looking for another firm that actually cares about their customers well-beingand interests. I hope they don't ruin my personal injury case as well. I'm taking that settlement paperwork to a friend who is a personal injury attorney in CT to review before I sign it. Wish my friend practiced in NY. Update 6/16/24. I have been calling for a month trying to get an update on my personal injury case and no one from this will call me back or talk to me. My next step is to file a complaint with the state.
