I cut my finger off at work in a meat processing plant and I called Michael who I knew through a friend and he got me 130,000 dollars more than the insurance company wanted. With the financial help Michael got me I was able to better fix up my finger and help my family with expenses while I was out of work.

I saw Michael in his office with my husband who we thought had a medical malpractice case. Even though we did not have a viable case, Michael took the time to explain in basic terms so that we could understand why we did not have a case and what our options were. Since then I have always told friends and family that if they ever need a lawyer they should reach out to Michael because he is not sleazy and is honestly looking to help people.

Michael handled my car accident case. He was patient and understanding. Helped me in a personal way and was honest. I have dealt wit PI lawyers before but Michael is one in a million.

This guy is a croc and should be investigated by the bar association. I went to mr. Hernandez office after an accident 2 years ago he assured me he would be able to handle my case. Fast forward a year later I met with 2 different attorneys at Mr. Hernandez law firm and nothing was done. I also met with Mr. Hernandez on 2 different occasions, the first occassion he raised his voice and spoke to me like I was a child, and the second occasion he asked me if I needed a sugar daddy, but at the same time telling me he would not be able to handle my case 1 month before the time my case would expire in order for legal action to be taken against the other party. He said i could get another lawyer, mean while you only have a certain amount of time to file suit, and he tells me a month before that time is due to expire?! This law firm is a joke! Everytime I went in to speak with him he had no clue where my case file was, he had no clue what or why I was there, and never had any up to date paperwork about the case. In my eyes my case went under the radar because of the lack of organization. *****DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME*****

I would like to give five stars, eventually...right now, I am not sure of how our case is going and I'm saddened by many factors...May justice prevail through your help, Mr. Hernandez, Mr. Bonilla, and the other attorneys at your practice!
