If you want a lawyer who plays no games and gets you what you deserve..you know the rest. Receptionist is the bomb

Great attorney I recommend him very good at what he does and gets results.

I think it's very important that I share my experience. Ms. Ganolli was appointed by the court to represent my brother. As an attorney, you should share the same passion for both your paid and court appointed clients. It is obvious that Ms. Ganolli took absolutely no interest in his case. She was dismissive, short tempered, made no attempts to listen to what he needed, wanted, or requested. She made it very clear with her demeanor and cadence that she was only there as a figure because she had to be, not because she wanted to. She does not effectively communicate and the few times where he did reach out to address various concerns, Ms. Ganolli pretended as if she didn't know who he was. I must speak on her actions once the courts were closed during COVID-19. Ms. Ganolli made no attempts to immediately communicate prior to, at the time of, or during the closings. She however, sent a letter via mail to my brother stating that the courts were closed and that his court date was postponed until further notice over a MONTH after he was scheduled to appear in court. Luckily, he was able to reach out to the court and find out if his court date was cancelled or not prior to without the help of Ms. Ganolli. This would have been detrimental to the status of his case and most importantly it was extremely unprofessional of Ms. Ganolli. We are now going into phase 2 in NYC and my brother has not heard from Ms. Ganolli since January of 2020. She has not communicated with him for any updates, and to prepare for when the calendar resumes. I don't recommend her services and I can not speak on her level of execution as a paid attorney but, if you are for any reason represented by Ms. Ganolli by way of assignment and are a black male, please request a change in representation.

Judy created my will and directives. She is hands on, proactive, responds quickly, very detailed and has patience like a saint in answering my myriad of questions. She made a difficult process easier and advised me in my best interest based on my specific needs and family situation. I have a hyatt legal plan where I found her. And I'm glad I selected her because I don't think I would have received the same level of service and attention elsewhere.

It has been a pleasure working with Rachel. Going through this process can be very stressful and Rachel did everything to put my mind at ease. Before speaking to Rachel I lost many nights of sleep wondering how I was going to get my financial life back on track. I pondered on filing for years before actually making the call.
