I have had a life-changing experience working with Michael. He has been a man of integrity and kindness and has been supporting my family and I since I was a child. The amount of care and devotion Michael has provided for every member of my family has been incredible. We are immensely indebted and thankful for him and the past 10 years he has been with us has made us feel like we are able to feel some sense of safety and security in this often hostile environment. I would recommend Michael for anyone looking to find someone that will care deeply and fight for them. I will always be thankful for him.

At Ayraa Inc, we worked with Asia, Brenna & Danielle at Serotte Law. From the get go, we felt the team moved like the wind. We exchanged emails related to the case through out the day including off-hours and weekends. The team was meticulous and world-class in their execution. We have worked with both large and boutique visa/immigration attorney's at our previous employers, but Serotte has by far been the best experience of them all!

Michael Serotte seems like a nice guy but as a lawyer and service provider he failed to provide value. He was contacted for a time sensitive manner and was happy to take and charge for the initial consultation but delayed the process so much that it was not worth further pursuing. He also asked me what other law firms I was considering and continued to bad mouth them, not very professional. Furthermore, during the consultation, which my employer had to attend, he made some eccentric suggestions that he should have ran by me first at the very least. Luckily my employer did not hold those against me. Another employer may not have been as understanding. A few months later, I am yet to receive the after consultation report that was promised despite following up and requesting it. I recently reached out for another matter (out of laziness) and he decided that at this point I was not worth his time and his administrator indicated that he could not take me on with no explanation as to why.
