The Barnes firm was wonderful. There were times that I thought things were moving to slow and my atty Jack Maurant did an excellent job of explaining the process. His assistant Nicole is just as beautiful as she is knowledgeable. When NFTA made their offers I wasn't pressured into settling. I don't recommend attorney Derek Roller, he was unprofessional a few times even when my case was ongoing but i didn't bother to leave a negative review. It's now 6 months since the case has finished. I decided to go to the bank to check on my special needs trust fund, to make sure all my money is still there. And what do you know, no it isn't all there, the trustee hasn't said a word to me whatsoever and is stealing my money without my permission! I'm obviously extremely angry about this, so i call up the Barnes Firm and i reported the situation in great detail to the representative and they said they would let Derek know about this. Therefore Derek was informed exactly who was stealing my money but yet he goes & calls up the thief? Now he just made things worse, by alerting the thief which caused major arguments/problems in the household! There's no way this was a accident, when he looks up the phone number the thiefs name would've been right next too it. This was obviously intentional, he knows what he did, what a shame!
