Russel and his team are friendly, well informed and supportive. Acting as the representative for my aunt's estate Russel served as her attorney. Despite being located they made the process of settling the estate remarkably simple and trouble free. Throughout the process Russel Morgan maintained communication with me and provided invaluable assistance with selling the house and addressing all other related matters. His expertise in handling estates, wills and trusts is truly impressive. In fact we even made adjustments to our estate affairs based on the knowledge we gained from Russel. I highly suggest this office as they will ensure your needs are attended to with professionalism and care!

Good family attorney. He handled our estate planning and kept our best interests in mind. Very satisfied with the results of his work. Mr. Morgan is very professional and down-to-earth. It was a real pleasure to work with him. He also gave us a detailed overview of estate planning costs at the very beginning and was pretty straightforward when it came to all the ins and outs of the process itself. My wife and I needed to get our proverbial affairs in order before our baby arrives, and we were fortunate enough to have our financial advisor refer us to Morgan Legal. Russel helped us set up a trust and transfer our assets. We felt like he did a great job answering all our questions and walking us through the entire process (as he continues to if we have any follow-up questions). This is our first foray into dealing with estate planning, which it turns out is not a fun or easy process. It helped immensely to have Morgan Legal, and we would recommend them to anyone else looking into estate planning.

Cant give 10 stars, but if i could, i would... I was referred to Ed By a close friend whom is also a lawyer, knowing that person, i dont take those referrals lightly, he cultivates good people - his exact words were "youll be impressed" Thats quite an understatement. Ed is quite possibly the most thorough and personable attorney ive ever dealt with. Things i hadnt even considered were scenario'd and resolved long before they could possibly become an issue. Frankly, most of the things that would have lost my case -instantly - hadnt even entered my mind..and i am well versed in my issue. What impressed me was the depth of his knowledge off the cuff, zero research prior to our initial appointment and he literally told me what EXACTLY would happen, why it would happen, and the amount of time it would take to wind its way thru the courts, how the opposing legal counsel would counter, how he would win the case. He knows his craft, and he will set you at ease...that is HUGE. Instead of dealing with a random informal jr associate of many dozens at any of the large wny firms with catchy, easy to remember phone numbers and TV ads(who never return your calls after you've signed your life, case and awards away to them) you are dealing with just Ed, and it will remain that way. Every text, email, call, and question was answered within minutes by Ed.. unlike the previous firm (all over Buffalo TV) who was all over me on the initial appointment and then ghosted me moments after signing....i tried 6 times over 3 days to contact someone and then left them...if they dont return your calls imediately after retaining them, do you really think theyre going to resolve your case quickly? We won... the settlement was 6 times what i originally thought it would be, and in mere weeks instead of months or years.. Im happy, and i have a new go-to atty in the future... thanks so much Ed Mazzu!!

So Recently I had Found Ed Mazzu Through Fabebook of all places. After signing a retainer with another big firm and finding out that they hadn't done anything for about a year, I panicked big time! Let me Explain this a little more, I've been through this before with a Prior MVA that settled for A fraction of what it was actually worth, Just bad luck I guess, coverage amounts, and other factors. So I have some experience with these types of Cases, how they go and the outcome! Day one Ed put Me at ease and Anytime I Called or Need to talk he was always There for me With all the answers and Support I needed at that Time! Which I will say is very Rare, Also Ed's Own story is very inspiring and different Than most attorneys out there! U can really see that he actually cares and gets what it's like to Be in that situation Himself, Which in my opinion makes him one of the best Attorneys out there for Construction and Car accident Cases! 5/5 Stars I have already and will always Recommend him!!!
