Very professional service,My attorney-Workmans comp case-was very thorough and allowed me to ask any questions I had and if I didn't understand her answer she would explain it to me so I could understand it,The Legal Assist was also a big help, She would make sure my phone calls and questions were answered if not the same day they would be answered the following morning.I would recommend this Firm for any Legal services.

They are very professional in a down to earth manor. Frank Jr. called me in just minutes concerning my very important matter. I hired LoTempio PC to help me with several cases, including the sale of my home. I don’t know how Ms. Sleiman can call herself “experienced in residential real estate”. She completely missed my $9,000 home deposit! Her oversight lead to months and months of additional legal fees as we fought with my ex’s attorney to settle the sale of my house. She had all the paperwork she needed to quickly and fairly resolve my case, but she somehow overlooked my $9,000 deposit. I repeatedly told her that her numbers didn’t make sense and that I was extremely unhappy with the “deal” that she put together. Her oversight directly resulted in me paying my ex thousands more than she rightfully deserved. Money out of my pocket and months of unnecessary stress. On January 7th, 2020 Frank LoTempio III requested that I come into his office to discuss the deal. Upon arrival Mr. LoTempio, who was clearly frustrated that this simple case lasted six months, berated me and forced me into accepting the 'deal' they provided. He promised me that they did everything they could to find a fair deal. He was wrong. Unlike Ms. Sleiman, I do not have years of experience in residential real estate matters; however I was the one that discovered her $9,000 mistake. LoTempio refuses to acknowledge their error or rectify the damages caused by their negligence. I dont know where to go from here. I trusted LoTempio Law Group to protect me, I trusted them to quickly and fairly resolve my case; that was my biggest mistake to date. I can not recommend LoTempio Law Group, but I can assure you my ex is very happy that they represented me.

Frank Lotempio and his firm are the best attorneys not only in Erie County ,State Of NY but the best in the Country . I can tell you I have used this firm a few times and every time the result Is much more then expected . I send everyone I know that needs legal help here . Recently my sister law was charged with aggravated DWI ,Jennifer ( Runfola )Merriman who is a attorney within the firm handled the case from start to finish . The state was not willing to budge on reduced charges , everyone said no way she should go to trial . Jenn took the state into deep waters that they never been in before , the result was not guilty of of aggravated DWI . Trust me they are the best !! We give them A+++++++++ ..
