Has not showed up to one court appearance involving my nephew as his law guardian. Has not spoken to anyone. He does not return calls at all, even if you call 30 plus times. He is supposed to represent my nephews best interests but it seems he does not do anything that is not absolutely required of him. If I could give zero stars I would.

AMAZING SERVICE! Since the first time I called l- The front desk was super sweet and nice. They explained the process and when I should expect to hear a call back. My first appt/consult was very informative, I felt it was professional while at the same time never making me feel stupid for asking questions. He gave very good directions on moving forward if I chose to work with him. We ended up needed his services a week later and the entire office was prompt and quick to get our case started and completed. It was mostly reviewing and editing contracts. There were many parts of this that involved him speaking to the other parties lawyer who was out of state and in a completely different time zone. I appreciated I got emails every-time there was contact by them or the other party. I always felt like I understood the process and if more questions were needed. In the end although this was one of the hardest situations I have ever had to face there is no way I could have made it out on top without the help of these amazing people. I would recommend them to anyone looking for legal advice!

Daniel is amazing. The best experience I ever had with an Attorney. It is not just that he is a great, kind, caring, knowledgable Attorney I truly beliveable due to the way he helped me that he is just a good dude. The first time I called him it was a holiday and he was the olny Attorney I called that picked up the phone and started helping me the second he spoke to me without requesting any consultation fee. My case was difficult but he knew what to do and did it very quickly and eased my mind instantly. His price was more than reasonable and I would highly recommend if you are a Landlord in Buffalo and need a Lawyer just call Daniel I guarantee he will make your situation better.

Great place

I highly recommend Ashlea Palladino Esq. She handled my case in a very professional manner. I was pleased with the quick resolution that Ashlea & Lisa were able to assist in. Lisa is very thorough & informative. After my divorce I was given a recommendation to another lawyer to handle a real estate situation. I have not yet retained that recommendation but will when the time comes as I completely trust them. I would retain Ashlea again without hesitation if ever needed. A very big thank you to Ashlea & Lisa for all the help!!!

Working with Tina Hawthorne has been amazing and a God send. Having a physical disability and being out of state, I was a nervous wreck. Tina gave me great reassurance about handling my case. She was a pit-bull in the court room in the best way possible. I felt confident in her ability to handle my case. Tina was sick and she was still on point with handling my case. I would highly recommend Tina to anyone that needs legal assistance!

Stay away! Main issues with Tina and her legal assistant - 1) Poor time management - they do not response to your needs in a timely manner. On average it took them about 1-2 weeks to response to me. For urgent matters, typically I will get a call outside of after 5pm and typically she only had a few minutes for me. Also, I have to request for the monthly invoice from them or I will not get one. 2) Too busy for meetings to get to know me. - because of this we had many surprises during court sessions that they don't know many details about me and my situation. I had to push for meetings with her to bring her up to speed. 3) Quality of work - when dealing with her legal assistant, I had to doublecheck her work and requests in email correspondence. It was very common to find error in her communication and content of emails. I guess it is a bit late now to change but do not make the same mistake I did.

My experience with Anthony was superb. He is very straight forward and an excellent attorney that provides results. I decided to hire him and switch attorneys, as my previous attorney was not getting anywhere and was not responsive. Anthony’s staff was responsive to all my questions and concerns. They made the process of a custody agreement smooth and to my liking walking me through step by step. Thank you Anthony and staff for your support and guidance though the whole thing.
