AMAZING SERVICE! Since the first time I called l- The front desk was super sweet and nice. They explained the process and when I should expect to hear a call back. My first appt/consult was very informative, I felt it was professional while at the same time never making me feel stupid for asking questions. He gave very good directions on moving forward if I chose to work with him. We ended up needed his services a week later and the entire office was prompt and quick to get our case started and completed. It was mostly reviewing and editing contracts. There were many parts of this that involved him speaking to the other parties lawyer who was out of state and in a completely different time zone. I appreciated I got emails every-time there was contact by them or the other party. I always felt like I understood the process and if more questions were needed. In the end although this was one of the hardest situations I have ever had to face there is no way I could have made it out on top without the help of these amazing people. I would recommend them to anyone looking for legal advice!

My experience with Anthony was superb. He is very straight forward and an excellent attorney that provides results. I decided to hire him and switch attorneys, as my previous attorney was not getting anywhere and was not responsive. Anthony’s staff was responsive to all my questions and concerns. I called to seek information about my case, but I wasn't sure what kind of lawyer I would need. The receptionist told me that they were too busy to talk to me unless I was willing to pay a retainer, but not only that, the way that she spoke to me was very rude. As if I was bothering her. I told the woman well I'm not sure if this is even the kind of lawyer that I need, I was hoping to speak with someone. And again she told me unless I paid their retainer fee they were too busy to talk to me. Thanks but no thanks. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

Anthony Cervi and his entire team are the answer to anything family law related. At the time I called his office, I had no idea what lay ahead for my case, but I knew I needed help. I googled Buffalo's "Super Lawyer" and his picture came up. I immediately had a good feeling, and I searched his page. My gut was screaming to call this office, and so I did. I waited until I got a call back from him and the second I spoke to him I knew this was it. The gloves were off and I was ready to fight with the best lawyer in town. As a mother of two young children, and a full time job I am always pulled in a million directions, but I have to admit, I was depleted of all energy at this point. I had stored evidence, collected documents and printed out every thing I needed to be as prepared as possible for our meeting. I was desperate and exhausted at this point and so nervous I was going to have to fight even harder with a lawyer. The moment I walked into his office I KNEW I was going to get the help I needed and that I wouldn't have to worry or fight alone anymore. The meeting with him changed my outlook on my situation and my life, honestly. My anxiety, panic, and depression almost immediately went away after leaving his office. Tony has fought a hard battle in court for the past year in family court to have my boyfriend gain residency for his 12 year old daughter & just this past week he was in front of the child support judge who made his ex-girlfriend finally pay him child support weekly! No doubt, Tony has made a miracle happen in both courts where the past 8 years my boyfriend was always playing defense with other lawyers and for the first time he was on the offense having Tony as his lawyer. Tony made him feel confident, in control of the case, handled all the negotiating with the other lawyer, law guardian, & judges, supported his case by obtaining documents to build a case against his ex-girlfriend, always answered his panic phone calls when needing advice, and never missed a court date. Tony is very professional and very understanding I started with another lawyer for my divorce didn’t get any results they just took my money Tony did more for me in six months then the other lawyer at Tony is aggressive and gets to the bottomall my divorce was dragging on Tony got me I settlement and we avoided a trial I would highly recommend tony.
