I am a recent client of this Law Firm and a Disabled Combat Veteran. Mr, Federice provided clear and concise information and instructions throughout my case. I spoke with him at every point and the outcome of the case was better than I had hoped. I appreciate this firms efforts and time with my case and would recommend them and Mr. Federice. From the very first phone call with John Federice, he came off as rude. I kept him as my workers comp lawyer because my other lawyer has worked with him in the past. Most communications I had with him via email came off as short and uncaring. It felt like he was bothered when I sent him an email about something. From the beginning I was told that all communications with Workers Comp should be thru my workers comp lawyer. So I would email him when payments weren't on schedule to find out why so I would know what to do next. He must get lots of emails like this from his clients and it must really get on his nerves, because he really does come across as being irritated in his responses, although he claims he doesn't. I genuinely do not have problems with people on a regular basis, so it's not like I'm just a difficult person to deal with. However, I did tell him how he made me feel most of the time we communicated, and he ultimately decided to severe our lawyer/client relationship, which was for the best. I actually decided to come here to see what the reviews were, because I have wondered if anyone else has had this same issue. I'm not surprised to see that there is an overall rating of 3.9. We already are going through so much after being injured on the job, not being able to work, having to fight tooth and nail just to get the treatment we need for the injuries. The one place we have to depend on during this very hard time is our workers comp lawyer. Who else do we have for this? And if they seem to not care, or seem to be bothered anytime you reach out to them, you're left feeling so alone during this whole process. I feel like I've been left in the dark to navigate through this on my own. I'm confused on what my rights are almost all of the time, and the things I think my workers comp lawyer should help me with, are things I'm told is not his job. Who the heck is suppose to guide us along the way? Anyways, I'm in the process of trying to find a workers comp lawyer who have lots of great reviews, and who hopefully will help me through this very difficult time, and make me feel like they atleast care about my situation.
