I have been trying to obtain a passport to take my son on vacation. I am a single mother, who unfortunately listed the biological father on the birth certificate 15 yrs ago. I hired Noemi to go to court for sole custody, which the father signed off on and it was uncontested and the judge granted the order, so all of these years, I thought my documents were enough-WRONG!!! The US passport office will not sign off, they said Noemi should be able to provide a document for me. Noemi told me she destroys all documents after 7 years, the lawyer at the passport office said that's ridiculous. Noemi said she had to go to Family Court to get a copy of the order and would call me back on Wednesday, today is Friday-of course, I haven't heard from her. She wants to charge me to go back to court to get permission to take my son out of the country when I ALREADY paid her to get sole custody of my son! Her signature should NOT be ALLOWED on any legal document-a legal aid attorney would be better!!! Do NOT pay for her services!!!!

I was arrested for removing abandoned vehicles from my property and charged with a felony and a misdemeanor. My case went on for 2 years and Robert got me an ACD. I am forever grateful to Robert and he is a man of his word. He doesn't just feed you bull to take your money like some attorneys. Robert Ross Fogg is one of the best Attorneys in WNY. I want to say thank you Robert for everything you have done for me and my family.
