It was nice to be able to call your attorney on the your case and actually speak with them. Most law firms act like your an inconvenience when you call and let you know that they are in charge. Strange I thought we hire attorneys lol. Not at William Mattar law firm. They treat you with respect and are grateful that you hired them. This team is fighters. I was given my second check today 1/28/21. I can’t say enough about William Matters Law Firm. I was never left in the dark about anything and would like to thank everyone on my team that help me understand all of my questions or concerns. I hope I never have to go through this again , but if I did I will only use William Mattar Law Firm. My attorney James and his assistant Megan were by far the best with communication and keeping me up to date on my case. The group I worked with kept me informed throughout the whole case. Also explained things I wasn’t sure about. The only complaint I could have is that the person who caused the accident wasn’t insured better and I would have been paid for my suffering. Not willliam mattars fault obviously. But they did do a extensive background into the lady and found out so much of her track record. It was a pleasure working with nichole who always included me in conversation.
