I have worked with Bruce Zef tel for over 20 years on varfious legal matters. He had done two Real Property Assessment challenges for us, represented us in litigation matters, and served as a mediator/advocate on an insurance claim matter where the insurance company refused coverage. Bruce succeeded in obtaining the coverage. He is aggressive, responsive and readily available. ( He works-he does not golf).
