Mr. Schiavone has been the attorney for our medical group for many years. He has assisted us on many contractual matters and given valuable guidance with negotiations regarding practice acquisitions and mergers. He has valuable insight into the healthcare field.

Mike handled a delicate lease negotiation in a timely manner and went above and beyond in advising me of what I should and should not compromise on. He was able to get the other side to compromise much more than I would have ever thought and I highly recommend him.

Mike is a superb lawyer. He is very clear, precise and forthcoming. He makes himself readily available through telephone, e-mail, and personal contact. I always feel that he takes a personal interest in my situation. I highly recommend Michael Schiavone without any reservation.

Over the many years that I have relied upon the expertise of Mike Schiavone, I have yet to present him with an issue that he has been unable to tackle in a positive and intelligent manner. More often than not, the results he delivers prove his keen intellect and full support and understanding of his clients' interests. I have come to trust him completely with both my personal and business interests, and would not hesitate to recommend this man's professional services to anyone who needs a steady and keen intellect coupled with a thorough knowledge of the law.

Hired to perform a Corporate Dissolution. Prepared documents and delivered to opposing attorney. Other shareholder tendered an offer within days of signing engagement letter. Negotiations took 5 months. He never followed through on the Dissolution and when press he indicated that I would need to hire a forensic accountant as part of discovery which was never brought up previously. He issued 3 "time is of the essence" warnings and never followed up. I asked for cost estimates and process in writing and never got a follow up. Took days to return phone calls and emails. I ended up with less money than original deal. He may have been a good attorney for a corporate dissolution, however his performance in executing a sale was frustrating. The other attorney was a former member of his firm and this was only disclosed by saying " I worked with him in the past" This could mean many things. At the end of the deal the other attorney prepared two pages of items the other party wanted me to perform that was outside the Redemption Agreement and I did. The only thing I wanted was my cell phone number I had for 9 years. The other party agreed to it verbally, but was not in the agrement. At the end, I did everything the party requested and did not get my phone number in spite of performing all items outside the Agreement. I was told by Schiavone that this was not part of the Agreement and I should have included it. This advice was too late and he knew it and made it my fault. I can say his approach was nonchalant and my concerns about continuing liability of association with this corporation did not seem to be a priority.
