I honestly can’t believe how helpful Mr Small is. He reached out and literally stopped his day and walked me through the issues I was getting from the insurance company right on the spot he 3-way called the insurance company and was able to get my claim# and answers. Mr. Small went above and beyond he listened, and focused on what I needed which was additional medical care for my injuries. He was able to get me into a team of Drs that are amazing. I am speechless the trauma from the accident was more than a single parent with 4 kids needed to endure. Craig Small approach is professional, supportive and personal attention. I have a road ahead of me but I know I am in good hands no matter what I am where I need to be with the right team moving forward. No matter how often, or for what reason I have called, whoever answers is polite, efficient, and address my needs if they can.
