I had seven charges two of which were felonies and he got the whole thing reduced to a single DWAI charge. Absolutely fantastic lawyer, great at reading the personality of the judge and the DA and figuring out the best way to handle the case according to all variables. Frank also had a very reassuring attitude and did not hesitate to explain all aspects of the case and assuage any concerns I had, and was happy to spend as much time as necessary to put my mind at ease. I will be recommending Frank Bogulski to any friends or family that need a lawyer in the future for sure, easy to reach, friendly, and very skilled.

He’s pourposly putting his client in jail do not I repeat do not contact Frank bogulski not for dwi criminal or any other investigations better off with a public defendant honestly take my word for it

I went to Mr. Frank Bogulski office seeking relief from being "falsely" accused of a crime, and after reading a Buffalo News article on how Mr. Bogulski helped six hospital aides from ECMC (who too, was falsely accused of abuse) and Frank won there cases, I knew that I had to have this attorney and my choice was the correct one. Mr. Frank Bogulski won my case standing up to the NYS Dept of Labor and the Erie County DA's office and restoring my peace of mind.

I would like to personally thank Mr. Bogulski for the "EXCELLENT JOB" in representing me in New York State Supreme Court against the New York State Department of Labor, (for alleged over-payments) Mr. Bogulski knew the law(s) and fought like a "pit bull" to prove my innocents to the court, against the Erie County Assistant District Attorney which was prosecuting the case, Frank was just wonderful and won!!! the case after standing up to the DA's office from the very beginning, and was not intimidated. Mr. Bogulski and his staff was very professional and friendly and Frank even worked with me on the retainer fees, so I could afford the justice that he rightfully won for me and my family. I would and will recommend everyone that I know, including my coworkers, should they ever need an attorney or find themselves in legal trouble, to call Mr. Frank M Bogulski, because he is courageous, honest, hard working, tenacious, all of the traits of an "EXCELLENT" attorney

retained him bc a friend said he was good????? i am not happy with him at all, hard to ever get a hold of him, very seldom returned calls ! quoted me one price then said he needed more then said more to equal damn near 12,000.00 IF YOU DECIDE TO HIRE HIM GET IT ALL IN WRITING BEFORE YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID MAKE SURE THEIRS A CLAUSE THAT SAYS HES NOT GOING TO CHARGE YOU MORE AND MORE ....... in my opinion , he doesn't deliver.... I also gave him court transcripts and i believe he never read them , if he did it would have been a wrap and i wouldn't have had to except an ACD !

This place was good when getting you to sign up with them. But now they don't return calls when payments are late, hang up on you when calling about denied medical treatment. Overall rude and useless.
