Paid attention to detail

We've been working with Ramos and Ramos for years and they are fantastic! We initially used them for a personal injury case and now use them for our real estate transactions and business representation and they've been spot on every time. They've been there for us during times of crisis as well as just to answer a question and each time they were quick to respond and were always courteous and professional. They are our go-to law firm and we refer them to clients, family and friends all the time!

Just bought and sold this year use Ramos and Ramos as my closing attorney. Not only did they close on time w no hassle, but they communicated frequently w me through the entire process. I highly recommend them.

Ramos and Ramos is a huge part of our business. We are a real estate redevelopment company PM Property Solutions and we do a lot of real estate transactions through them. Josh is always available and on top of all our business and personal legal needs. If we need a closing to happen sooner then later Kristina makes sure we are ready on our end. I highly recommend calling Josh and Kristina Ramos for all your legal needs.

These are the best people you could ever work with. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with. Josh, Kristina, Ashley and all his staff were wonderful. When you have a question I would receive call backs in the same day, many times within an hour. I would highly recommend the Ramos team for any of your legal needs.

The absolute worst firm I've ever done business with! They lie about receiving and sending necessary documents and reimbursement. I literally would have to call everyday, twice a day and phone calls are never returned! The paralegal Ashley lied several times about a check I was supposed to receive being mailed weeks ago! I will never do business with this firm again! Unfortunately there's not an option to give zero stars, but if I could I most certainly would!

Mr. Ratchford was extremely helpful to me with my case. He was professional, courteous, non-judgmental, and he treated me with respect. He always returned my calls promptly and answered/explained every question I had. My experience was made easier by Mr. Ratchford. I am grateful that he represented me.

I had the extreme pleasure of working with Mr Ratchford through a disability contracted company. Although the company ended up being a disaster- Mr Ratchford DID NOT! Mr Ratchford has taken the time to help me deal with the ever challenging system of SSA!! He was always professional, always honest ( especially given the circumstances he had to work through with the contract company), always answered my emails or calls in an unbelievable timeframe (especially for a busy attorney), treated me with respect as well as made me feel like I was his only client when I know for sure I was far from that! Mr Ratchford did not have an easy time when it came down to working with this “contracted” company- nor did I!! He was frequently given wrong information and honestly at times- no information at all. However, he worked through the challenges without showing me the same frustration I was feeling towards this company. I am not here to sway people’s opinions on this company as you will have to form your own opinion if you are currently working with them! I will not name them- but I am here to say how happy I am that they made the choice to assign Mr Ratchford to me! If you are struggling to understand and navigate through the SSA process- contact him! He will work on the disabled persons behalf with nothing but professionalism and honesty, he will always treat you with sincere respect regardless of your disability and will give you clear cut directions on what you need to do. The SSA process is not easy- nor should it be but James Ratchford WILL help you navigate through the system - that I can promise you! My sincere hope is that you have the same experience I did with Mr Ratchford! Thank you for your hard work -and for “walking” with me through this especially difficult time in my life!!
