Jeremy and his staff were professional and very knowledgeable about the TN1 Visa application process. We applied for the TN1 Visa at the Fort Erie border but were rejected because the CBP claimed that I did not fulfull the requirements of a Management Consultant (although I did based on the USCIS requirements). We then applied via mail directly with USCIS and recieved approval within 2 weeks.
