I have been working with Matthew since 2015 and it has made my life MUCH easier! He has assisted in helping me start 2 (soon to be 3) companies with different Partners, create Partnership agreements, navigate non-competes, work through employee terminations, and purchase (rather complicated) real estate. This is just the tip of the iceberg for all of the corporate needs that we have had, so far! He is thorough, diligent, and explains the different potential outcomes and routes that you can take before making a decision. I also sat on a Board of Directors for a NFP, where he was pro-bono counsel and he helped the organization tremendously! Matthew is my first call before I decide to make a big move with any of my businesses to ensure that I am not missing a step or going about it the wrong way. He is always there (or makes sure someone else can assist me) and he is extremely helpful! I highly suggest working with him for any M&A, VC, Corporate, or general Start Up needs!
