I was pulled over for turning on red light and did not see the sign no right on red. North Tonawanda cop pulled me over and smelled alcohol and said I was drunk only after drinking 4 beers in 2 hrs he gave me 2 tickets and dwi charge. Mike got the DA to drop both tickets and drop my dwi to a dwai which is a traffic infraction.(( this lawyer is great))

I was caught speeding in an area where the construction zone sign was hidden - being from Canada I was not familiar with this area in Niagara Falls .I was facing a huge fine and points off which they report in Canada.I spoke to several lawyers and Michael was very well spoken confident and knowledgable about this area of law.
