In November 2015, circumstances necessitated I retain counsel to modify a visitation agreement pertaining to my son. Having represented me before, HoganWillig was my obvious choice. I'm writing to express my gratitude and praise to Attorney Michael Colletta, Esq. His skillful representation achieved a successful outcome. Mel hurwitz was my comp lawyer. All he cared about was his money. He told me I was gonna get 1380. A moth. He also told me he would help me if I had problems with social security. Since he was a lawyer for social security too. I had to call him to help and he told me he wasn't doing that anymore. The lady told me to contact the lawyer that helped me get it in the first place.. so now I get 800 a month instead of the 1380. That's a difference of.520$ a month. I would not recommend him any way nine months later he called and got ahold of social security got the right amount. He said he had a heart attach. I guess their all about the money

Michael helped make a very unpleasant life circumstance much more bearable and I feel very lucky to have had him work for me during my divorce proceedings. Each case is unique and Michael listened very carefully to everything I shared with him and came up with a recommended course of action that was not typical but which we he and I both felt had strong potential to quicken the proceedings and keep me out of court. No divorce is "simple", believe me I thought mine would be. Married for many years, grown children, easy assets to split.
