As a landlord I run into many problems , so I was referred to Patrick McGuire . He handled all my needs in a timely professional manner. His office staff are polite and they always answer the phone . He makes sure that you know what to do and what to expect in court . His paperwork is always done on time and the way the court wants it . If he needs to speak with you he will text you, call you on the phone, send a letter and e-mail you this man is a gem. I highly recommend him.

Mr. McGuire walked me through everything that was going on with my landlord/tenant case, and made sure that I understood everything he was doing for our case. He filed all motions on time, and saw to it that I received notification either from him personally, or from his office when something occurred. Mr. McGuire was able to end the constant harassment my family had been getting from our landlord. While the situation is not completely resolved in our case yet, he has ensured my family and I have a place to live a little while longer while we get ourselves back on our feet. This guy is proof that the law can work for us little guys sometimes!
