I used Vincent LoTempio of Kloss, Stenger, and LoTempio for a patent and a trademark for my company, and specifically, an invention. I was very happy with his detailed understanding of inventor needs. He was really able to put himself in the shoes of an inventor and convey the process in an easy to understand way. He really excelled in the write up of my invention. I was coming from a different patent attorney as they had challenges understanding my invention and product and Vince LoTempio got it immediately. Very friendly, clear and consistent communication, great experience. I'll be using him and his staff for all of my company needs moving forward.

I was arrested for removing abandoned vehicles from my property and charged with a felony and a misdemeanor. I was referred to an attorney by a friend. after a few months I felt that this attorney was not working for me but was working against me. He kept trying to get me to take a plea. I spoke with Robert about my case and after that 1st meeting he ensured me he would do everything in his power to get me through this and that's what he did. Robert Fault my case as if it was his life on the line. He kept me well informed and always sent me a copy of any document or letter he sent out. Robert Fault tooth and nail when any other attorney would have tried to talk me into taking a plea just to get the case done and over with but not Robert he fault till the end. My case went on for 2 years and Robert got me an ACD. I am forever grateful to Robert and he is a man of his word. He doesn't just feed you bull to take your money like some attorneys.
