I have worked with Neil for the closing of 2 homes... 2009 and 2018. I can't say enough good things. Everything was done perfectly, and we closed well ahead of schedule both times (which is absolutely not always the case, I've gathered). Very professional. Staff is courteous and professional. My parents also used Neil when selling my grandmother's house in 2021. They had the same experience. One of the best around!

Neil Pawlowski was the most rude, unprofessional, uninformative lawyer that I have ever worked with. Has the worst attitude, talks down to people as if they are lesser than him and is very unprofessional with how he conducts himself over the phone. Would not recommend at all.
