Neil Pawlowski was the most rude, unprofessional, uninformative lawyer that I have ever worked with. Has the worst attitude, talks down to people as if they are lesser than him and is very unprofessional with how he conducts himself over the phone. Would not recommend at all.

In late November 2012 I hired Joseph LaTona after a terrible car accident in which I was changed with DWI and failure to yield, then a few months later with vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence in the town of Cuba, New York. After 8 months of successful court hearings and dealings with the district of attorney of Alleghany County he was able to get all the charges dismissed. He always had a successful path in dealing with each of the charges and also avoided a trial by jury. Joe he was very instrumental in helping me deal with the stress of the charges until a successful dismissal was achieved. I am very grateful that Joe was recommended to me and would recommend him as a lawyer to anyone who would need his services.

I had been charged with racketeering along with a few additional charges in a federal court. The case was incredibly involved with great details, much research and investigation. To keep this short and to the point, Joe had gotten ALL charges completely dismissed and dropped. He was the best choice possible and I would recommend nobody other than Joseph LaTona.
