I’ve been a HAPPY client of Sawyers & Sackel since 2008. I’m currently on both Workman’s Compensation and permanent Social Security Disability Insurance. Over these years, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with numerous lawyers, paralegals (and even the administrative staff). Each and every person in the office has been extremely kind, given me the utmost respect and courtesy. If I call and the person is not available, I *ALWAYS* receive a call back (usually that same day/or the next morning) with a thorough answer (or possibly more questions in order to fully understand me, to be able to answer my questions). When a court hearing is unfortunately necessary (I do NOT have an insurance company that is peaceful to deal with; they quickly deny every MG-2), my lawyer at Sawyers & Sackel calls me the day before to discuss what will happen prior to the hearing; what they “expect to happen”, if we don’t win; what our next step would be, etc.. Sawyers & Sackel are ALWAYS prompt at arriving to the hearing and they’re fully prepared to plead my case to the ALJ. Please note: They have NEVER lost any hearing on my behalf. Not once. Choosing them to represent me was easily one of the best decisions of my life. Just recently (this past week), while being represented by ROSLYN SACKEL, I was granted an approval for my insurance to pay for my medication. Mrs. Sackel never ceases to amaze me. She’s extremely kind, happy, supportive and KNOWLEDGEABLE! I know that if I were represented by ANY different law firm, my case would have been denied.
