Tori Jacobs is what all my other attorneys were not. She's real, honest, hard working and genuinely represents my best interests. Tori has been consistently outstanding from the beginning. She takes and returns calls promptly and is on top of the things that matter (checks, medication, mileage). She's prepared for court and doesn't just review my file 5 mins before, like all my previous attorneys did. She listens and gives clear, concise answers to your questions. I never felt like my phone call/concern was inconsequential or petty. Her staff are knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. If I sound like I'm gushing, I am! I am so blessed that Tori got my case. Through the years I have had different lawyers assigned to my cases. Tori was the only one that called me in and explained in detail my Worker’s Comp cases she put it all out on the table and explained it to me so I could understand it. I can’t even remember the name’s of the lawyers that worked on my cases years ago but I will always remember Tori. I’m so happy for her that she started her own practice.
