I am not having the best experience with this organization, I'm sure that everyone there is like the person that is supposed to be helping me, but I feel like the individual is very opinionated and is emphasizing more on what I need to show the landlord when the landlord isn't violation of not providing heat for over two years. I have decided as of last month withhold renting to the issue is fixed and it has not been, yet my council has been on me showing that I have all the rent and nothing in regards to giving the landlord a time frame into which they need to fix my heat. Pretty disappointed I will be looking into another organization to help me out with this matter or just deal with it myself cuz I have done the research and I pretty much know what I need to do and what paperwork I need to file and so on and so forth.

Taking g over a week for a lawyer to return a call he calls on a day ??? What still can't get through even pressing 0. No one answers

I have no idea what happened I was called in sat down and this lady without hesitation tells me that a judge don't care the new laws don't help tenants. I'm being evicted because I refuse to do yard work for free after 15 years so he wants me out. I refused the eviction notice what is happening

This attorney office is God awful. They support the other side and are against low income individuals. They are obviously an organization that supports the real estate market and contributes to putting people on benefits in the street. Sharon, a lawyer there lied and said Good Cause Eviction Law wasn't good across NYS and went against Assemblyman Pat Burke's office. I called to make sure my illegal, discriminatory eviction case was closed, and at first told me it was closed, then proceeded to give me 5 outcomes and go against Pat Burke's office and NYS Division of Human Rights Bronx, NY. She then told me I supposedly had no understanding of the Good Cause Eviction Law. Sharon ought to be fired and get a job at something she is good at, not law.

Not happy with my service. Applied for help because of medical problems I had to deal with and was out of work for a year. The lawyer who was assigned to me barely did anything and drug it out for nearly two years only to tell me that he „finally heard back from Them and didn’t know why it took so long“ and that I didn’t have an application on file even though I did put one in. And then flat out lied to me claiming he was trying to contact me for months when I hadn’t had a call or email until this past week. Also claimed that I never told him that I had a job when I did very early on in the process and he acknowledged it then. 10/10 would not recommend this legal team. If I had known that this would happen then I would never have went through them.

If I could give them zero stars I would because they are horrible and I don't recommend this place and expically if you need housing services don't go there because attorneys names 1. grace Andriette (housing unit /supervising attorney ) 2. K. Jared Mousley (housing unit/attorney) they don't understand people with mental health and they are police callers and they will not answer your questions and grace and Jared told me to killmyself so if something happens they are to be hold responsible and grace dosnt know the answers to the law but just beaware of these atterneys and the place in general and grace andriette wants me dead and she dont want me alive and she told me to killmyself on February 20 th or she said she is going end up killing me and she clearly doesn't care about my mental health.
