Josh is good. Real good. He's as smart and hard working as they come, and his love for his job shines through with the HOURS of research and follow up he does. His engineering background makes him extra effective at his work and quick to understand difficult constructs. Great customer service, quick responses, and dedication to his work are greatly appreciated. I highly recommend.

Honest, quick, knowledgeable, and reliable!

I can't say enough about Mr.Benard. Unfortunately I had to deal with family court more than once in my life but this last time was different. I typically hate lawyers and would prevent an attorney from representing me. Mr.Bernard was different. He seemed passionate about me getting what I deserve. He lit a fire under me with his positive energy. We set goals and hit home runs. Definitely one of the best attorneys I've ever come across!

I had gone through 3 different patent attourneys prior to being introduced to Josh. All I can say is that he is by far the BEST PATENT ATTOURNEY out there!! Josh is NOT your typical patent attorney that just goes through the motions to file some paperwork only to then charge you a big $$$ amount. HANDS DOWN BEST ATTORNEY TO HAVE IN YOUR CORNER. Scott fought very hard every time we were in court to make sure I was treated fairly and equally, he made sure I didn’t get walked all over like every other attorney I had let happen. He was always very quick to get back to me if I emailed or called. I will be requesting Scott every time if I ever have to go to court again but because of his desire to fight for me and my rights as a mother I don’t see that I will have to go back to court. Words can even describe how much I appreciate all he’s done for me and my case. Wonderful outcome! Wonderful attorney!

WHAT A JOKE Scott is terrible I don’t speak to him unless it’s 20 seconds before court and then when we’re in court he acts like a mute and says nothing on my behalf now I asked for him to send me papers so that he can be relieved as my lawyer and haven’t heard nothing from him so I guess he’s trying to milk the clock I will be emailing the judge also

Very unprofessional. I was very surprised to witness the profane language he used in a professional setting. Very disrespectful and very unprofessional. Brash tone. Vulgar language. Even if you lose your cool you should still know how to handle yourself. Small man energy. I would never have him represent me.
