Never visited in my life

I appreciate the professional, respectful, and polite staff at the firm who assisted me with my personal matters. However, I encountered a few issues during the handling of my two separate cases, one being a motor vehicle accident and the other a no-fault case. The no-fault case, which was my first case, took an extensive two years to settle. The lawyer assigned to my case at that time was relatively new in their career. Unfortunately, there were several aspects that were not effectively addressed, even though I was assured they would be. I have been informed that this particular lawyer is no longer with the firm, to the best of my knowledge. There were also discrepancies with the numbers discussed, as they differed from what was stated in the actual settlement documentation. However, these errors were eventually corrected. I would suggest both client and legal team double-checking and reviewing documents to minimize the possibility of human error. Additionally, there was a medical billing issue related to my motor vehicle accident. I was informed by the adjuster that the error had been reversed a month ago, but I am still waiting to receive that portion of my settlement. When I brought the errors in documentation to the attention of the head attorney, I found it difficult to reach someone who could address my concerns. Every time I call, the paralegals and the attorney is either out of the office or in meetings. While I understand the demands and busy nature of their work, as a client, I did not feel like a priority after certain issues were raised. Overall, I am grateful for the firm's assistance with my matters, but it would be beneficial for clients to feel equally prioritized and have their concerns promptly addressed.
