Great guy, very helpful and friendly. Only attorney I could actually get on the phone at all in upstate ny, to actually return my call and speak to me.

Received a parking ticket on the I-290 for going 75mph in 55mph zone, I called Mike the next day and he was able to quickly get my tickets resolved to 2 parking tickets instead of getting any demerit points and having to go to court (I live in Canada). Compared to all the other lawyers I called in the area he offered the best rate, was very kind, professional and efficient. He was always available to talk and gave great advice about how to go about the situation. Will be referring Mike to anyone in a similar situation, thanks again!!!

Mr. Kuzma is an awesome attorney with a 10 star rating in my book. He was very straight forward and kept me up to date as he personally dealt with my case. Michael Kuzma is one of the best Attorney's I have come across. He was extremely helpful in understanding the situation when I got a speeding ticket and was very patient with me to hear me out. I live in Toronto and got a speeding ticket in NY which was converted into a minor parking violation later by the Judge. Michael explained me the process over phone and also the time it would take in Covid Scenario, for the case to progress and kept me well informed all throughout the process till decision was made. So I had received 2 speeding tickets in the same spot along River Rd within 3 weeks of each other, along with an expired registration (which I never received a bill in the mail, so I had no idea) Anyhow I paid my registration fee and hired Attorney Mike Kuzma to do the dirty work. It cost me $300 which was priceless considering I didn't have to go to court and my fines probably would have exceeded the cost of hiring him. He sent me this text this morning "Good Morning, Prosecutor recommended that your tickets be reduced to two parking violations. Judge Nickerson granted you an unconditional discharge--no fine, points, or school." So if you find yourself in a bind I highly recommend him. He answered my texts right away, gave me a free consultation over the phone before even hiring him, highly recommend him!!
